Offer accepted, what now?

All prospective tenants (over the age of 18 years) must complete a reference application form and are vetted through an independent referencing agency.

 

You will be required to provide us with your full name and email address, you will then complete an online referencing form which includes an ID check, proof of address, landlord reference as well as employment and financial checks.

 

Your references have been satisfactorily completed and approved.

 

Terms of Payment

The first month’s rental payment, deposit (the deposit is usually one month’s rent, but this can vary) and the signing of the Tenancy Agreement are all required to suspend the marketing of the property and need to be completed before the commencement of the tenancy.

The Tenancy Agreement governs all rents, which is a legal and binding document.

•registered with The Deposit Protection Custodial Service – the deposit will be safeguarded throughout the period of the tenancy. All funds are ring-fenced and held in accordance with client money regulations.

•a ring-fenced client account - which safeguards clients' deposits or funds in a separate account.

BSc Management & NFoPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management (QCF), Level 3 Certificate for the Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.
