Across the rear of the property downstairs, there is a spacious, bright and comfortable lounge/ diner with a 3 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa bed and a dining table and chairs to seat 6. A Smart TV in the lounge so that you can log on to your chosen Apps. Unlimited WiFi is provided.  Family friendly - our property is equipped with a high chair, baby gate, plastic crockery and cutlery and a bathroom step.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom with Kingsize bed and a twin bedroom (with 2 single beds both 3' wide).

Plenty of facilities upstairs with a shower room with shower, toilet and wash hand basin, we also have a separate shower room and an additional room with toilet and wash hand basin. 

Convenient location, York's attractions are on your doorstep, good access on to the city walls or down on to the riverside.
