Offer accepted, what now?
All prospective tenants (over the age of 18 years) must complete a reference application form and are vetted through an independent referencing agency.
One-off non-refundable Administration Fee of £100 + VAT per tenant.
This fee covers our costs in the referencing and administration of your application for the property you have chosen.
You will be required to provide us with your full name and email address, you will then complete an online referencing form which includes an ID check, proof of address, landlord reference as well as employment and financial checks.
Your references have been satisfactorily completed and approved.
The marketing of the property will be suspended.
Terms of Payment
The first month’s rental payment, deposit (the deposit is usually one month’s rent, but this can vary) and the signing of the Tenancy Agreement are all required before the commencement of the tenancy.
The Tenancy Agreement governs all rents, which is a legal and binding document.
